Hotel Grand Pacific Meeting Facilities

The Vancouver Island Ballroom, located on the Lobby level, is one of Victoria’s signature meeting facilities. At 3,010 square feet total, it is also divisible into three sections ranging from 800 to 1300 square feet with a Harbour View and large windows that open to a wrap-around terrace. Our Executive or Presidents’ Audio+Visual Package are just two solutions that we recommend to our clients for this room.

The Pender Island Ballroom, also located on the Lobby level, is a favorite for medium-sized meetings. With a total of 2,437 square feet and natural light, it is also divisible into two sections of 1,425 and 1,012 square feet each. This room fits well with our Deluxe Junior Executives Package, as well as other medium-sized Audio+Visual meeting room solutions.

There are 5 breakout meeting rooms located on the second floor, averaging from 400 to 600 square feet each. These rooms are ideal for your small meetings, boasting natural light and private balconies. Our Small Meeting Room Packages will certainly interest you to accommodate these rooms.

The Cabinet Room, located on the 6th floor, can accommodate up to 20 people at its exquisite mahogany table. With a view of the Provincial Legislature from its balconies, professional ambience and incredible views of Downtown Victoria, this meeting room is a favorite of Executives worldwide. This room is perfect for our Video Conferencing Services, as well as our Executive Boardroom Packages.
